1 for him and 1 for his wife, and 1 for his home out of state. We've been attempting to get him one & have a TRD kit placed on it before it ships, but that deal has gone silent recently. Guy has mad money though. Bentleys, Mercs, wife rumored to own a 6x6 somewhere.
Went to Frankfurt for the Mercedes Project One unveil Monday - such a good weekend and events. The car is spectacular. Since I was with my friend who is buying one (a super select group of people) - I got to meet some noteworthy Germans such as the CEO of Mercedes AMG, CEO of Porsche AG, CEO of Volkswagen AG (he even sat with us at the Porsche VIP party Tuesday night), Director of Porsche 919 LMP program - spoke with him for a good 30 minutes about the program and stuff, super cool guy. No BMW guys at that party (lol).

Don't get me wrong... the car is bat shit insane. The looks just leave much to be desired. Doesn't look like a benz in any shape of the word... looks almost kind of McLaren-ish. I'd still drive one, though. I just wouldn't be happy about it
For our honeymoon, I had originally paid for a 45 min test drive with a Ferrari 458 Italia, but unfortunately the transmission was having issues and all they had available at that price point was the California V8 turbo.
Fine by me
I wish I had a full blown track experience but it was way too expensive .. some back roads did just fine. Instructor let me go over 130mph at some point and believe me .. it did not take long at all
Car was extremely quick, easily the fastest car I've driven yet. What impressed me the most were the brakes and how stable it felt over bumps and crests, even under hard acceleration.
You can actually feel the car making constant adjustments everywhere to get the most amount of power down at the given time and road conditions.
How much did it cost just to rent it for 45 minutes? I've been contemplating renting an exotic for a day just to shoot & drive one for a bit.

A full day rental was between $1250 - $3000 depending on the car
I recall a friend's mom looked into it in Austin for his dad, back in about 2005 & it was something like $2k for a F360 for a day, plus a $15k deposit

Outside of the P1, I think I'd still go for the 570S.
