They also had these little things for kids....Made to factory specs, using factory colors, but smaller scale. They are electric, and everything in them works/drives!...You wouldn't believe me if I told you how much these things cost...

OMG. And they'll be beaten up the second a kid gets ahold of them...imagine when the kids get bored and decide to play bumper cars with them. There goes the bluebook value...

Of the R129? Incredibly. That was the top of the line back, then. That's a '96-'99 model with a 390hp or so V12. The only thing above that was the SL70 & SL73, though all 3's engines found their way into the Zonda.

I hope you see a white one, it's much much better.
I only saw it once

Don't know who owns these but I just can't hear the exhaust, either it's too quiet or they are old people

I've only seen one, and it was a spider. Almost didn't notice it. Surprising how well it blended in.

The one I saw (above) was white. Looked good. Agreed on the exhaust, I didn't hear anything, but the speed limit where I saw it is 45mph & it wasn't even going that fast.

There were a couple threads at FChat about this particular subject & I remember someone posting that CNC in Cali had one with around 20-25,000 miles & another dealer had one with 40,000 miles on it.

I'm all for driving the cars & not letting them sit in a garage forever, but I don't know if I could put 20,000 miles on a 2-year old Ferrari.

Plus in downtown with all of the pedestrian traffic, that's just rude in my opinion.

I couldn't believe it when I saw it. At first it looked like a terrible custom fabrication job that someone made to look like a GT - and then I realized it was genuine. To be honest, It actually looked pretty bad in person.
