CX-16 was foreplay.

F-Type was an excruciating teaser.

The hardtop came out, that was straight up sex.

F-Type R is the full on mother fuckin' facial.

Why does Google give me a bunch of links that say there is (will be) no Z07? Just old links? You would think the first link would be info about a car that existed. That car pictured here sure as heck says Z06.

(I don't keep up with GM if you can't tell.)

To my knowledge there is no Z07 as such.

It is a C7 Z06,ie C7 style, Z06 version.

Posted, I totally forgot about that thread.

We left at 5am from San Diego to get parking, it was an absolute zoo when we first got there and when we left

That Aerial atom is something else though, he was apart of our caravan and it was just bizarre watching how fast it accelerated and changed direction. Almost appeared to be cartoonish.

Yep.

We start our caravan about an hour South from there. When it comes to C&C Irvine, plan on being there early - especially for the coffee line ... as it's in a business park parking lot.

Definitely worth a drive, I'm usually attending these meets quite often.

More pics to come.

Thanks Steven!

I believe it's a Ford F650 with a 6 door conversion kit on it - it's not a Ford factory option to my knowledge. The tires is what blew my mind ...

There is no 2015 Vette that is called Z07. There is a 2015 Vette called Z06, that has a Z07 package as an available configuration.

There are 3 configurations for the 2015 Z06:
Base - front splitter, front wheel spats, a carbon-fiber vented hood, and the Stingray Z51 Performance Package spoiler

Carbon - front splitter with winglets, rocker panels, and a larger rear spoiler, all out of the lightweight material; it can be optionally left unpainted

Z07 - boosts the size of the front splitter winglets, and adds an adjustable, transparent center section on the rear spoiler. All three get air blades over the rear fender inlets, pushing 50-percent more air into the transmission and differential coolers versus the Stingray. There are also standard front and rear brake-cooling ducts.

hope that makes sense lol (it is confusing)

oh also I must say, it looked nice in person. I know I had some negative things to say about it based on the initial photos, but in person it is looking nice. It does have an "import" kind of look to it - but that is not too big a deal. The car sits big in a way, but at the same time seems compact compared to past models. I think it's a good balance.

Love it. After not really liking the early part of the fifth generation ('05 - '09), the Mustang has just been getting better and better since then.
