very long story short, it was title discrepancy. I bought the car from my sister in 2010 after her divorce. The deal was to pay the remainder of the loan off (2 1/4 of the 3 year loan) which hell yeah, 16 years old and live at home, $460 a month was cake to come up with. I treasured that car and paid it off finally in 2012. Well fast forward to summer 2015, I had a fallout with my family, in this process they refused to give me my car but I have no legal bounds to it besides vehicle registration because I never got it transferred out of her name and there was no paper trail of me paying the car off because I always transferred the money to her bank to pay it.
i never thought I would be in this situation so I never really pressed to get it put in my name and being a 16-20 year old, insurance would've been outrageous so I had it on my parents. So now she's been sitting in storage for a year and there's realistically nothing I can do about it. I got the wheels off of it a while back when I needed some for the TL and that was the last time I saw it

The girl I have been with for 3 1/2 years they decided that they didn't like anymore and said I either had her or them in my life and I wasn't going to be a 21 year old man and have my parents put me in a catch 22. It was time to grow up and get my own place anyway. I was at work one day and got a text message saying that my TL was at my works office packed with clothes and that I needed to find somewhere else to go. The TL is in my name completely so they couldn't do anything with it. Well they tried. I had both the TL and the s2k in the garage and I came home from work and they were gone one day and I told them I would call the police because that car is in no ones name but my own.

the must have a very good reason to not like her. I wouldn't be shocked if 15 years from now you're not with her, and maybe even thanking them for trying to spare you some heartache. That's just my experience but I get why you didn't wanna bend.
Good luck, at least they didn't sell the car for meth or anything, I bet once they feel like you've gotten your shit together, they'll hand it right over. Pretty extreme measures they're taking...try and ignore the anger and listen to what they're telling you.

That sucks. Still seem very harsh for you to get the boot… The title could have still been put in your name and the car insured under your folks. Insurance asks who a car is titles under but they don't ever ask to see it unless you total your car…

I heard a weird pulsing from under the car...sure enough, there was a crack. BUT THERE WAS A FUCKIN CRACKKKKK
Bought last April, they may tell me to fuck off, in which case I'll just have it re-welded. I threw the oem cat back on for now.
Let's see how they are with quality control issues...gonna contact them tomorrow.
I heard a weird pulsing from under the car...sure enough, there was a crack. BUT THERE WAS A FUCKIN CRACKKKKK
Bought last April, they may tell me to fuck off, in which case I'll just have it re-welded. I threw the oem cat back on for now.

It wasn't even her. They don't like her family. They said that they were scared for me to have children with her because it would be around her family. They always liked her and she even lived with us for nearly 6 months with no issues but whenever she moved back home with her parents they said that and from there on they disliked her. There was no actual reason to not like her they just didn't like her parents. In 3 years they had only even talked to them twice but my mother and sister would even go on shopping sprees with her and spoil her. It was pretty wild to sit back and watch it all pay out like it did.
Theres not really any anger anymore, just disappointment in how things played out. I'm mature enough to be able to see that in the end they were just trying to protect me but they actions they took over the last year and a half were just wrong and I just decided to distance myself from them.
Its been a crazy situation but I've been able to better myself and establish myself. I have my own apartment, a great job for the last 2 years and I've been able to take care of myself when they tried telling me I couldn't.
The only thing I would change to to have changed the damn title because I miss my 9k singing, oil burning, top down driving, 6 speed little bitch lol

Anyone else get pop ups when using the mobile site on your iPhone 6??? Just about every time I'm on AZ, I'll get a spam pop up which forces me to exit and close the page completely. Doesn't happen at all on any other site, not even pornhub or myfreecams…
