i actually had 07 maxima se, which i bought new and traded it for my 08 TL about 17 months later....it was a nice car, if your a family man, but me being a 27 yr old with no kids or wife, its not really the type of car to turn girls heads..lol, now the TL everyone loves those..i preffer my TL over my Maxina hands down.

i had an 00 5th gen before my 02 tl-s...i would take a 5.5 gen 6mt over a 6th gen any day. my father has one, it's so unrefined and did not hold up well cosmetically after a 3 year lease

there are some nice 6th gens on maxima.org though but that one isnt my cup of tea.

and

you can do nice things with the 6g (first thing you have to do is change the grille if you got one before nissan changed it), but this one is just too much.

It's kind of weird. At some angles I love it... at others I hate it.

I just think there's too much going on and I'm not crazy about the rear and exhaust. Overall, not bad and definitely original... but something about it is keeping me from loving it.

To un-rice (is that a word) it, it needs the following:

Paint over the Ferrari on the calipers.

Whatever the hell is on the headlights (eyelids on the side?) WTF? Get rid of those.....

No to the CF hood. Regular black FTW.

And lastly, maybe a small chrome ring around the mouth, or not. The blackout thing is OK.

A poor man's G35 I guess.......

Hey I guess my car gives something to talk about, kool , and I take criticism well so I respect all of your opinions; and yes they are MST 1.3s and are 20x9 and 20x10.5

The right side tail pipe is crooked and I'm not really feeling the rest of the car either, it's too busy.

Do something about rear bumper and taillights, stock ones look better I think.

but if you had the car repainted and the body kit smoothed out so it didn't look like crap it would be really nice. oh and swap it the r35 engine
