no prob Red...i had an unfair advantage - i went to a new dealership here in h-town and sat on that bike (not that color ) this weekend...

for those of you in the area - exImport Cycles on 59 has approx. a dozen ducatis that are just incredible...

It looks like you were going for the "Rising Sun" look but the color is off.

Doesn't look bad really.

 

thats what i was going for chap with the bmw m3 leguna seca blue and i accented it with a neon yellow color. and its on 03 cbr600rr

 

 

u accented blue w/ yellow? eh... i guess it looks better in person. i personally wouldn't have lines goin up and down my bike and i have a 03 cbr600RR too

 

Looks like a fun bike...You need to put a "Type-R" sticker on it though...

 

the paint im not really concerned about in a short while its gunna be a track only bike and im gunna have to replace all of the plastics with race fairings.ill prob paint them white with a pearl blue

 

did you paint all the fairings? If not how much does a paint job cost on a bike?

 

next to nothing for me i paint cars and bikes. i just pay for supplies. no the front isnt painted yet i was taking all apart and when you get to the front you have to take out the gauge cluster and alot of shit i ididnt feel like painting at the time. i also painted it to be bright yes with the neon yellow so i stick out to people driving cars. i dont want to be blind sided. nothing like neon yellow to catch your eye.
