if you want the truth, the paint looks like it could use a good polish and wax job, the front looks a bit plain and so does the rear, I don't know if it exists, but there is an Honda factory performance kit available for the newer cars, but it has a add-on lip kit which might be what you need. Also I know I will be flamed for this, but the coffee can/fart can exhausts don't work for me, but the rest of the car looks great

Looks good. I like the stance of it. Overall the car looks clean and attractive. The only thing I don't have a preference for is the exhaust. In my eyes it detracts from the smooth look of the car.

Like your Accord as well Storm 982. Looks sharp.

Thanks

Here's a couple other pics. The headlights are TYC ones. And I opened them up and installed a pair of A4 Valeo HID Projectors and I have a 6000k HID Kit.

favorite gen accord. by far. even prefer the look over the CL.

i am a sucker for a white accord coupe too! best color for the car, i think. maybe b/c the best design feature of the car is the window line. black tinted windows on white paint makes this POP.

DesertFox, a more subtle exhaust/muffler and are you able to remove the front plate?

The tint looks good!

Remove the front plate and add the lip kit and then we're talking about one badass AV6 coupe.

I have a question about the mufflers; is that from a catback or that just two mufflers welded on to the stock exhaust?

how did you manage to get the gap in the front to be less than the one in the back above the wheels/tires? from what i read, most people complain that the back is or always looks lower in the rear.

Get springs that lower the front more than the rear, simple. It looks that way because the fenders in front usually end up soaking up more compression & rebound than the rears, and thus the suspension needs more travel... or at least thats how I always saw it.

Doesn't look bad - think the exhaust is a little too much though.

I have full cat back exhaust.
I believe the drop to be 2.25" front and 1.75" rear.
And I'm going to paint my calipers as soon as I can get enough time off work to go somewhere flat enough to jack up my car. I can not get a jack under the front without driving up on a 2x4 and my driveway is a pretty steep incline so its too risky to try it at home, but I also cant decide between anodized dark red or gloss black paint.

It looks good for that MY. Is it an illusion, or does the real wheel opening look smaller than the front? I say this because it makes the front tire look bigger.

Also, is the drivers side windows tinted, and the passenger side is not?

Oh, if you stick with black wheels, red calipers.

I understand that, but a common area of discussion for people with 6th gen accords is that with most after market suspension kits, the rear tends to look like or actually does sit lower than the front giving it a "boat" look. when i changed mine i was afraid that it was gonna happen with my car too, but fortunately mine came out to be pretty even. oh well, ha.

I'm not a huge fan of the mufflers. Other than that, it looks good.

Besided the 08-09 Accord, that is my favorite bodystyle. IMO it needs a rear spoiler.

You NEED a spoiler. I would try and find some smaller mufflers and sell your current. They look straight rice. Other then that it looks good. I'de paint the calipers red

If you're wondering if they too suffer from sudden death, yes, but just as random as the CLs and TLs trannys are. Some are fine but other seem to fail over and over. That's why I personally got a 6-speed.

Meh, a spoiler kills the Accord. I had the OEM one, but it didn't look good with entire body and the lines. That's why I got rid of it.

After 18 months of ownership, I havent had a problem with that of my 07 AV6 yet. Then again, the AT in my 99 Accord did not start to trip up until I approached 3 years ownership.
