huh, didnt realize the intercoolers were what was underneath those valve cover looking thingies. That engine is fabulous

cool, I guess, but how do they machine in the water jackets for the cylinders and the galleyways for oiling into the block?

most engines have those cast in place, since they would otherwise require blind machining or multi-piece blocks...

That's a freaking sweet video, but I do believe that is a scale model of the motor. Look how big the cutting bit is compared to a cylinder. I'm not sure if they have bits that big, but damn that would cause a ton of heat.
