sooooo..... what exactly was the point of that vid....

it's pointless to race an M5 against an F430 driven by Stig, in the rain?

 

I was wondering the same thing. I have all the top gear episodes for the last two years and I have never seen that before. Time for some hunting.

The Stig is a better driver than JC anyway,......so its not like that was an even test of the cars. I bet the Ferrari would still win head to head with equal drivers,....but the test was kind of silly.

 

I think they had limited access to that helicopter and needed an excuse to use it

altho stig is better, JC was able to stay ahead of the stig when they tested the CTS-V vs the audi, but then the CTS-V is a faster car

btw, i have all of last yrs episodes. didn't see this one either

 

um, 4 doors 98K vs 2 doors 200K, not to mention the old fat guy and the young fit race car drive, am i missing something? What was the point of this?
