It's official....going turbo!

As some of you have known, I've been working on a co-sponsorship with ChicagoZ.com and Genesis Racing & Development (GRD), the project will start soon. They will be installing and tuning an APS single turbo with a built motor. The second stage (next spring/summer) I'll upgrade the fuel system and settle on an EMS... eventually, we would like to build the fastest daily driver ST Z in the country. Somewhere in the 500rwhp range...I know that's pushing it, but that is the goal.... That is all for now.

Can the stock internals handle 500hp, or do you have to build up tha motor?

....yes I can read.
I was just wondering if the stock internals could handle someone putting a turbo on it.

I've seen some well tuned Z's running 500 on stock internals, but with the TT setup.

Synth: Why not an APS TT? Also, is GRD doing the build? I've heard that they don't have a lot of experience building Z engines.
