I have the worst luck with Fedex
Three pictures:
The vendor is handling things very well and taking care of me. No BS like what I had to deal with when my Volks were damaged. I forgot to mention the damaged seat in the other thread. One seat is fine, the second one was damaged.

Here's a FedEx handler saying "ouch" .. when large packages like that are on a conveyor belt and is out of arm's reach from a handler, they'll sometimes use a hook to bring it closer to them.
I try to be careful when I use the hook, but obviously whoever handled your box had a bad day and completely clotheslined it with one. :wtf:

It was simply in a box, wrapped in plastic. The headrest had a piece of foam above it.. which of course shifted.
