From what I gather hes a good kid and means well. Although he just comes off as someone who panics easily and doesnt understand many aspects of the features of his own car.

There are few threads hes made thinking his car was broken when in fact its just a feature of the M3 that he didnt know about. Which is ok, not everyone reads the manual but to panic over it seems premature.

I sense this steering issue might be user error somehow after following his posts. I, as others, have tried asking questions about the whole situation to figure out if its something that he has been doing to cause it. Its strange that he has the two incident within a week apart yet the 3rd didnt come till 4 months later, of which he was driving on snow with summer tires on. I follow BMW for many of years to know if theres an issue it leaves a trail or at least pops up more often than 4 months apart. For this reason i think its user error.

There was no 2005 3.5 TL from Acura.

I didnt see it that way. Most of M3post members were standing behind you and was hoping that BMW does it right thing by buying back your car. There is lots of great advice in that thread.

You bought an excellent car that many other manufacturers try to immitate, that tells you something. It's a special car.

It is your money and if you are happy with your purchase minus the issues you are having, then good for you.

I am very sure that you are going to get your issue resolved.

Super expensive option no doubt. Meh, I don't track and I don't care if my Classics get brake dust. I'm perfectly happy with the Brembos on my C2S, plus don't you think red caliper looks better than yellow?

It's because a lot of them are spoiled punks who don't have anything better to do than stir the pot on internet forums. Most of the adult-adults who have to means to own those types of cars--it's usually easy to tell who they are.

^ ha the ones attacking for grammar are actually the ones who are much older.

Older ones tend to get annoyed with how youngins talk on forums. So theres bound to be issues.

Its the same thing on this forum.. if someone was posting with very poorly writing skills then he get flamed and not taken seriously.

It's "gets"

WTF is wrong with you, you can't even speak English properly. You don't belong here, sell your car and stop bringing shame to those who own M3s and can spell "gets" properly. You are not worthy of being associated with us.

I know , i didn't want to say anything @ 1st when he said that but i'm glad someone else did. I would rather him call me a lier than say its user error.

Thanks man for the good luck wish

It very well can be. 9 out of 10 whacky issues these cars have are from user error or from someone screwing something up during service.

I just cant believe u work so hard at such a young age and drop that kind of $$$$ on a car to have it mess up on u like that And then people ? your
integrity. There is no reason to waste that much time at a dealer for nothing. its obvious this has happen to you and your concerned. I wouldnt call that panicking over a feature from your Bmw. Thats not a feature i would want lol

In my line of work, a mistake that results in unintended results (not good) is called an undocumented feature. What makes it suck is I work with satellites already on orbit, so it's not like I can fix them.

Dave: Hope this works out in your favor, minus the 1000 miles they will "evaluate" the car with.

I thought about it , but i think ill stick with the M3 , i may go test drive a GTR before i make it final tho, but i never liked the look of the GTR too much anyways. I also herd the service isn't the said as with the M3, the void your warranty if you go over a certain speed limit, but ill have to look into all of that before i make a discussion.

Nope they didn't and he's getting pissed at me saying theres nothing wrong with the steering , i said you don't drive it everyday , how could you know ? all he had to say is there is nothing wrong with it and that i should come pick it up. He pissed me off by how he was coming off to me , with no respect , so i'm done playing mister nice guy with them , i'm going to go the lawyer route , the car was towed since the 26th of december and went to the shop on the 30th , so if they want to count from the 30th to the 12th and plus its going to be there for like a week more till the regional tech gets to check it out , it will be more than a total of 30 days if you count all the other times i took it in for issues i had. Even the rep thats working on my case isn't helpful , all they keep saying is if they can't replicate it then too bad for me , drive it till you crash and burn.Im going to contact the lemon lawyer that already told me i have a good case at hand and take it from there, Im tried of the hassel with Hassel BMW and BMW USA , ill let the lawyer deal with it, im not picking up the car , until they reach my expectations. I even mentioned to her about the stains all over my seats , she said call back the dealer i got it from and i told her i did and the dealers say call you guys, then she tired to give me the normal customer service number to call back , and start all over , but they were the ones who keep tell me to call back the dealer and the dealer says to call them, so i'm just going back on forth with there BS. Im tired of BMW , paid 50k out of pocket for a trash car and trash service.

I can't believe BMW is willing to risk the lives of people on the road and mine

There are some terrible reviews of that dealer if you google them. Only 2 1/2 stars out of 5 over 50 reviews.
