From reading Matt's thread over on LGT.com his numbers are very generous (which he stated here in this thread as well). I think you could subtract almost 10% off those numbers to get the actual output.

Still impressive how much further into the redline the peak power as moved. Before the tune all of Matt's power was in the midrange.

Hrmmm...the wagon has cheap insurance rates too. About $40 less a month than I now pay on the CL-S

out of curiosity
i'm ~ $1600 for the up-pipe, dn-pipe, Accessport programmer and dyno tune.

i've gained ~ 80whp and 120wtq over stock w/ these mods.

torque numbers are great, that is what I should lay down
weight is ~3300lbs

my true TQ figures are ~ 310. the correction factor on that dyno is a little high.

i've spent 6 or 7 grand modding this car so far.

THanks!!
I needed a comfortable daily driver.

The Legacy is much more stealth, more luxurious, better looking etc... and mine is faster than an STi.

I think they mean how much you spent on engine mods. Not total including wheels.

still can't get over how similar the LGT's and the 2nd Gen Nissan Altima's look. I still love the LGT though

My cousin has just the Accessport right now of his legacy GT manual, but he's getting the up and down pipes installed this week.

His car is definitely torquey--you feel as if your going FASTER than the speedo indicates. The only thing I don't like is the engine has no real roar to it. It doesn't sound as mean as it is. Hopefully the up and down pipes will help with that......

Good luck with your Legacy....

The contours have some similarity but, I'll stop short of asserting that they look alike. (Sidenote: It would have been nice if the first two generations of the Altima had a KA24DET with an AWD system. )

They did. In australia and a few other countries. Look up Nissan Bluebird Atessa SSS. Looks like an Altima with a Turbo AWD system
