Seriously, leave your emergency brake partially engaged and reduce tire air pressure to ~8psi. Highly effective.

I didn't say decrease gas useage.. I said decrease gas mileage, effectively increasing my useage.. walking / cycling would effectively send my gas mileage into outer space.
