he is already eyeing the stage 2 package on katech... i think he might have to rethink his build now...
The best H/C/I Z06's make 600 whp or less. They are monsters in their own right. My Vette is just over the top. It was even before the "big" blower cam addition.

What J said, I guess.
There will always be someone faster.
Apparently ECS wants to get "plenty of test miles" to make sure my car is perfect when it comes to me after last Friday. I'm so sick and tired of these people and their sh*t. Hopefully should have it tomorrow.

we will see if he just trades it in for a C7 GS and slaps a blower on it...
Thanks so much for coming with my to ECS to pick my car up. It was great catching up. You're the man.
And yes guys, the car chops so hard at idle that she shakes side to side. And yes, she is a certified flame thrower
Vids to come.....
anytime bro... it was great to catch up... now that the car is home, i'll talk to V&P to see when they are free... hopefully we can get a ride in...
i've got video of the first startup at ECS, but i'm trying to figure out how to blur your license plate... i can vouch, it's loud as f@#$ and spitfires... so nasty i love it!!!
Damn, I don't understand why tuners seem so shady and three hundred for melting your tires
Congrats on FINALLY getting it back, can't wait to see videos so I can be more jealous.
I don't even want to think back to all the BS these guys do. There was also a $50 charge for gas and it was empty when I got it.
Thanks for the feedback always man. Let me know what you think....

Thanks Andrew/J.
Stay in touch Andrew. Anyway, when I got home from work, I quickly did the Macgyver plate editing and shot an idle vid with my iPhone (not sure it matters).
I should have shot it in landscape, but that wasn't really the point of the vid. Just wanted to get you guys something of the sound. Will get my better camera out and get some revs, flames, etc. Whatever you guys would like to see.
If you turn your speakers up when I start filming behind the car, your computer will shake too
Insanely sounding car. Would love a startup noise video (I always love to hear a big cammed motor come to life at startup..such bad ass noise!)
But as a slightly off-topic comment: how common is it that these so-called performance shops do these BS stuff with their customers?
I mean you read about horror stories on forums now and then (besides the whole sh!tshow that is John Hennessey) but is this experience bad luck or maybe it's more prevalent than we think?
I'm looking into my far future and should I have the financial privilege to consider going this route with a car...I'd be wary of letting a shop do such a huge upgrade when they can't even do basic customer service...makes you worry how well they do the actual car work.....
Or maybe all these shops cater to lot of super rich guys who don't give a flying F and they just drive around their dozen other cars while they let 1 sit with a shop for months on end.....just curious question here for those who are into this scene or have knowledge of it.
i cut the video short before he revved the motor... but here is a startup video...i blacked out the bottom half because i couldn't be bothered with blanking the number plate...
Thanks guys for the feedback. Nist, I will get you a vid of the startup. And Andrew, thanks for the effort. Lol
No roll bar because of the audio set up. I had them build the box to act like a stabilizer bar across the 2 frame points.
Driving around for the past few days, I'm just blown away by what a beast this thing is (and so are a bunch of my friends). I never thought the wait would be worth it....but it has been. It screams and pulls with hell's fury. These guys have built me the Devil's Chariot. I am not worthy.....
Went to an insane Cars and Cafe here in Bergen County, NJ. All these accelerations were out of one meet this past Sunday November. So many supercars. I don't know where the hell all these guys get all the money around here....
I take off around the 4:04 mark or so. The Active Handling Kicked-In and stopped the flames/ect. You can hear the computer save me from being all over the road. I need Drag Radials---BAD. You can hear Omar say "holy crap" as I took off down the road.
PS. That Huracan following me will not be messing with a red supercharged Vette Vert again..... LMAO.
Not to be a dick, but they really need to find a safer spot to do shit like this. Crazy, people driving down the road at 45 minding their business and these super cars pulling out into traffic with them!
Although very impressive...
^ It was in Jersey. People drive like maniacs there on a regular basis, so those people minding their own business were likely just cutting someone else off and being dicks themselves.

Dude, your car just looks downright scary.

I'm still amazed at how beastly that thing is.
That highway (route 4) is the highway that takes you into the GW Bridge/NYC. People are animals here as Supertrooper eloquently described.
J, this thing is scary.....the speedometer needle accelerates like an RPM gauge on most cars! Waiting for the warm weather and hopefully some R compound tire will help with traction. I've decided on the Toyo R888R's come spring. Hope they're much better than these Pirelli's.
This is a clip from the last C & C meet of the year. You can see a spark/flame come out the left exhaust at 0:14. Anyway, vids don't do this car justice as one of the Youtube commentator states....
Of course a spotter caught the exit......11:42 is the clip. This car is SUPER dialed. I bet this thing is a 9 second car at the track with slicks. Anyway, in the garage for the winter it goes.....way too scary to drive in this cold.
scary seems like an understatement.
You really should save money on your underwear and bore a hole through the seat and the floor board...mad burnouts spewing tire chunks mixed with dung!
Awesome, man...glad you're putting it away for winter. We like you alive.

haha...that is some sig material right there Jeremy! Thanks for the laugh (and wanting me alive!)
My mom is pressuring me to sell her because of your sentiments. Anyone interested in a Corvette powered by the devil?
Thanks, man...
Your mother and mine would get along...same reason I have never ridden a motorcycle...
riding an ATV one day was enough for me...put put 250 Honda let to vroom vroom led to lemme try that 450 Banshee
FUHHHH...I'll kill myself!
Thanks, man...

Our mom's would for sure get along.
Looking back, it's definitely for the better that she forbid me from getting that motorcycle.

Same reason I'm banned from 2-wheeled fun for another 16 years. Though, my interests have changed from a screaming R6 to something more like a BMW F800GT. Wife says to wait until our youngest is 18, same deal her dad got. Probably for the best.
I've been so busy lately, I haven't had time to breath. But, yesterday was the annual Glen Cove to Citifield "Toys for tots" event and I heard it was the event of the year, so I had to make time for this/get the Vette out the garage! Best car meet I've ever been too and the most fun I've had in awhile!! Over 1000 cars and everything you can imagine was there, including a Koenigsegg! The cops closed down the LIE for a good section and people were racing all down the highway until we got to queens with typical bumper to bumper traffic.
I will have more footage including the M5 behind me getting a shot of a "huge flames" (per his words) come out the back of my car on the drive. The Supercharged Gen2 blue/white stripe Viper has footage on his GoPro of him getting smoked by my Vette, but don't think he will share that When he told me "that thing sounds incredible" and "no one ever pulled on me like that" on the road, it made all the $ I've spent on this car worth it.
Steve - i saw that posting but i was buried this weekend and couldn't make it out... i'm glad you got the beast out and was able to enjoy her in December!!! see you don't need to live in TX for that...
