Im stuck here at work til 6pm. UPS still says my package is out for delivery. They typically stop by my house around 5pm. So I plan on eating real quick, then working on the car all night. Ill try my best to post an update tonight, but tomorrow will be when the better update is posted.
Im about ready to kill someone.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. First, they introduce parts to market, prove gains, open a group buy, charge everyone before the parts were even made, and took over a month to manufacture and ship out parts. All while giving BS updates every few days, and sometimes going a week before answering questions. The first ship date slipped. The second slipped. Third times a charm, right? There were 31 people in the groupbuy. 20.5 people have received their parts.
Why the .5, you ask?
Well, I got home from work and began to panic because I didnt see the box. Usually the UPS guy leaves the heavy items at the garage door. I walk around to the front of the house and notice a box sitting on the steps. A box. Not two. One. Singular. By itself.
I was hoping for the best, that maybe they consolidated the parts since there were reports of other members having issues with the way the items were packaged. So I opened it up like a kid on Christmas morning. I tore through it - shipping peanuts were everywhere. The other half of the parts weren't there.
So I called UPS. I gave them the tracking info, and waited. The guy said the label was created. Nothing else. Nothing else? WTF?
THE FUCKING RETARDS FORGOT TO HAND UPS THE SECOND FUCKING PACKAGE.
I called the company. No answer. I figured as much, its after hours anyway. I get their voicemail. You've reached
leave a message. Three beeps. Then "voicemail full".
Of course it is. I wrote them an email. Im pissed. I want the shipping charges refunded to me. If they wont do it, I want a full refund. I'm disgusted by their imprudence. I'm at the point where I don't even want their products on my car.

Yea, I have been patient. But this pushed me over the edge.
Im driving to NY tomorrow and wanted this on the car for the drive. I did not want the boxes to sit in front of the house until the weekend since no one will be here. The company is along the route. They have two options -
1) Let me pick up the second box tomorrow and refund the shipping charges.
2) Refund me the full amount including shipping and Ill drop off the parts that I have.
Honestly, it should have been a warning that they charged everyone immediately and not when the parts were shipped, like most professional shops.

Wtf i would be livid, if the place is on the way you should go by in person. Just make sure you get somthing in writing, or cash in hand. You could go
