Yeah, my 650 wheel has two settings and on a cold day starting at position 2 I don't get far before I have to turn it down or off. Same with the seats. My CX9 seat is waaaay hot but my wife complains the passenger side doesn't seem to heat up as well.
You and me both mine will be a manual though. That stubby Norelco electric shaver shift knob would be the reason I'd learn how to drive a manual if I didn't know how already just so I wouldn't have to look at it in my car!
Believe me, I've been Googling "2023 Carrera T" continuously since the T's announcement looking for vids/reviews, I've seen them all. It strikes me as being the perfect blend of daily drivability, sportiness and performance.
My SA just called, I got my allocation for a March build!!!!! This morning I was reading someone else's post saying the same thing and I was thinking to myself, how great of a Christmas present would that be? Russ said when I answered, "Merry Christmas Scott, I got a present for you!"
The current situation is nuts at Porsche. My SA said for whatever reason, people are hard up for Macan GTS's; one guy traded two older Cayennes just to get one for himself! He said he's getting a ton of allocations for Turbos, Turbo S and the higher end Taycans but no allocations for base, S or GTS 911's. He just got a Targa allocation for a guy that's been waiting 3 years! I went from #1 for an S allocation put in 8/21 to #1 10/19 to 12/20 getting my allocation confirmed. Looking at a potential March build, delivery ~ 2 months later if all goes well. Perfect, just in time for trips to the Glen, Montreal, Saratoga and Toronto-CANNOT WAIT! Thanks for the well wishes fellas.
^^^ Yeah, a few track days though I ditched Rear Axle Steer which would've made it more of a track monster and in place put a glass sunroof in. I like the way it looks more than anything plus being able to let light in while not necessarily opening it appeals greatly to me much like my GC's roof.
Met with my SA "Russ," yesterday and went over my build before sending it to Porsche. I kept it the same as indicated above but added Lizard Green dial for the Sports Chrono on the dash. March build, April delivery Hopefully have it for opening weekend at the Glen so I can run some laps with it.
Just got "Track My Dream" email from Porsche indicating a possible April 6, 2023 delivery date. It also will show pics of the build process (2 I believe it is) and where in the world the car is after its delivery to the port of Emden.

Nice! I’m still at least 12 months from when it’s my turn to build
Was originally a GTS, but then it changed to a C2S when I found out the wait times were over 2-3 years for one, and now it's a C2T. Honestly though, I bet it'll be a 992.2 by the time it's my turn... with any luck this might truly turn into a mid-life crisis car.
