This guy says he's in Italy.
The address on the auction is Washington.

It's a new scam that's going around. They offer something at a very low price and require you to send the money overseas via Western Union. If you notice....the auction was already deleted. They reply to everyone that emails them and then cancel the auction....hoping that someone will actually send them the "deposit"
