Blaa Blaa Blaa

This thing has been going on in me for so long.. And yea, i'LL just talk it out.
Have you guys ever see a mod'ed car on the road that makes you shake ur head so bad because the driver ruined the looks of the car totally..??

In my schooL, i saw a Blue Toyota collora. Had a 16's black rims on at STOCK height.
Everyday i went to school, i just have to shake my head

Or even seeing a .. Truck lowered.. . . . (Some are nice, i had to admit, but most of them are just...

Went to a car wash today, saw a tL with (17's i believe)black rims (no idea what brand it is, but i m totally not feeling it. ) at stock height i m sure.. with lip spoiler..
Not that it's not nice, but i m just not feeling it.

Yeaa, i m bored right now and just trying to come up with a topic.

I sorta understand. There's this guy at work who has a really old BMW E36 318i sedan that drives me nuts. He put some pretty cheap 15 inch alloy wheels on it (to replace the steel wheels and wheel covers that were on it originally), with the fogs from a 328i and a chrome front license plate with the BMW logo on it.

Then he treats it like gold, parks all the way in the back, takes up two spaces, makes a big deal of driving fast in and out of the parking lot. Then on casual days he always makes sure to wear his BMW beanie and "Ultimate Driving Machine" t-shirt. Uhg.

I know exactly what you're talking about. There's a kid around here with a corolla, horrifying wheels and a body kit with no paint, and a huge melon shooter.

I always shake my head whenever I see that.

my neighbor has a black 93' accord, with a white body kit, which he cracked in like 2 days. and just put on some cheap looking black rims w/a polished lip. Black housing projector headlights. And has some fart can exhaust.

I can tell he loves his car though, he's out there almost everyday tinkering with it. It kinda annoys me when he drives back and forth. or sits out parked on the street revving the crap out of his car, but i don't think i could tell him how ugly his car is, just cause I see how much work he puts into it.

*edit* maybe if he put on some big aluminum spoiler, that would be crossing the line, and i'd have to open my mouth.

I think Pintos are neat. Never thought I'd see the day, however, when they would actually become collectible. This one sold for $11500.00.

I remember when I first got into cars I saw a pinto at a car show with a 5.0 in it, I had also heard people bad mouth pintos before and not really gotten it. After I saw this 5.0 equipped pinto I couldn't understand why people didn't like them, my father explained it to me, then I got it.

I am thinking of picking up a Subaru BRAT and modding the hell out of it. Lower it, rims, body kit, debadge, exhaust, armor all on the rear-facing "jump seats"...

I just saw a last gen RL with chrome dubs...

I'm usually pretty forgiving, and I think it's neat, the diversity of styles and ways that people personalize their vehicles.

But... I draw the line at donkin' an RL :shakehead

I honestly don't care what people to do their own cars. Will I chuckle or shake my head if I see something horrendous? Sure.

But hey... to each their own...

I see more poorly modded vehicles IMO then well done, but I try to keep it to myself, what benefit is there in making someone feel bad about there vehicle. I won't fake enthusiasm but its easy enough to just ignore and not ruin someones day. Its not my place to judge others.

it takes money to mod a vehicle to look good. some people just don't have that money but still want to be a part of the scene.

Try an SSM CL-S with everything a CL-S enthusiast never wants to see .. Saw this in person this past April. Was looking for a vehicle for my sister when a fellow CL-S owner saw my car and went up to talk.

pinstripe that runs from front to back
cracked Versus body kit
no rear bumper
fucked up Comptech exhaust
misaligned carbon fiber hood [ owner didn't even know the brand of the hood .. ]
neon green [ yes neon green ] brake calipers
interior was a mess
cow of a GF

Makes my curb rashed rims and 17 dents look like a dream. Yes, I have 17 dents, I actually counted.
