You can ask it from Ms. Maintenanceman....

Explanation was that she couldn't see where the road was going because of the snow blizzard here.
Well, why the heck she had to drive then
Our neighbor saved her with a tractor, no damages at all.

Good thing she wasnt hurt.

I bet ESP would've prevented it though.

Glad she's ok. First thing I noticed were the orange guide poles along the road...crazy to me, but necessary, I'm sure, where you are.

And your neighbor has a nice tractor, too.

Even winter tires can't save someone from not seeing where they are going. Glad the Ms. Is OK.

MaintenanceMan, where in Finland are you?

I recently returned from an expatriate position near Rauma. I left before the first big snow storms came, though I was there in early 2011 when it was just as bad.

Should have had a vehicle with ESP, it would have saved her.

If you had the tires my Prelude has you probably would have driven out of it. Ive gon thru snow deeper than my hood without getting stuck

At least everything was okay!

Mrs. Vas drove into a big puddle 2 years ago, totaled her car. Worked in my favor though since I hated that thing.

I've been to Finland a few times. Helsinki, Turku, Tampere. Absolutely wonderful place, but beer is too expensive.

We are living in a small place called Palkane (there should be dots above those a"s) Its like 45km`s east from Tampere.

This winter has been funny, now +3 celsius and snow is melting, few weeks ago it was -30 celsius.
That what happened to Ms. is easy to all, just drive too close to edge of the road and it kinda suck you in...
If the weather is really bad i will use this.

Beer, like this, but it is really good....

Quite often when we are visiting my motherinlaw in Latvia we are buying our beers from there, really cheap and good.

I believe you call it Olut. And I don't blame you for the cheap Latvian beer. In Japan, I was paying $8.50 for a Guinness.

And nice ATV.

Thanks!
Yes, it is Olut.
Normal "case" of olut cost here abut 23€, those cans are 0.33L (Liter) and there is 24 of them in a box.
In Latvia, same kind of box/case cost about 13€ and those cans are 0,5 Liter`s
So it is cheaper, and also better to my mind

Neither does that Voyager AWD Holy s*it, my wife is in danger.
Maybe you can register that your ESP "obsession" like a religion, and then when you have a "Holy Church of ESP" somewhere there, i will come to visit you and we can have a praying moment together

Maintenanceman, just go here: https://acurazine.com/forums/car-talk-5/truck-vs-suv-%3D-omg-848746/

then look for "Saintor" and read the posts following his. Result: hilarity and shock ensue.
