man i saw the specs of the acurazine shift knob and wanted to see how people liked it. its tooooo bad that production has stopped.

I was just reading on it last night. I'd be down for sure.

its a big shame. i know that there are a lot of people that would buy the product. i also like how it is heavier then the skunk2 knobs.

 

I blame Street Spirit for all of this....

1) Dan recently got engaged to Street Spirit. In the interim, they've been taking photographs a lot ... thus Dan had less time to make the part as well as ...

2) Dan lost his contact to acquire the materials to make the shift knobs when he took a job elsewhere ...

Don't think it can be any clearer than that. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the same type of contacts in the industry since changing jobs. He put a lot of time, money, thought, and effort into this project. Believe me -- he wanted to get these shiftknobs to market just as much as you guys wanted to buy one.

 

We included the shiftknob in pic because after all, that was the most important thing we wanted the photo to portray: we have a shiftknob.

It was in the background as a way of showing we met through Acurazine.

Well, the CNC machining company went bankrupt before SS and I even started dating, so I don't think you have much to go on there.

Believe me, I lost thousands in R&D and materials on this project, so if there was anyone who wanted to get these to market, it was me.

 

i guess its on to the skunk2 knob then. i think its the next heaviest knob. is it???
