I shot a wedding today with my sister, they mostly wanted the normal photography but I got a chance to be a little more creative. Here are some of my favorites so far, I haven't been able to thoroughly sort through all my stills yet.
Taken on my D80 and 50mm Nikkor.

Speaking of leaves... I went out in the rain today with the 50mm hoping to capture some rainy street photo scenes... didn't quite succeed with that, but came out with this, which I liked:

Thanks, drigo - I had a helluva dry spell over the winter. Shot some on a few hikes, but hated it all & mostly trashed it. Then I got busy building my website. It's not finished, but it's functional enough that I can get out & shoot some more. Especially now that I'm leaving my job, I should have lots of free time for a while.

Nothing special here, but a few from the San Francisco Giants-Seattle Mariners game a couple of weeks ago, in Seattle.
Randy "The Big Unit" Johnson. Randy was going for win number 299 on this night, but ended up with a no decision (he earned his 300th career win last night). Rich Aurilia in the background playing first base:
Johnson holding on Ichiro Suzuki of the M's:
The next night young Giants pitcher Matt Cain tossed a complete game in beating the M's 5-1 Cain won last night too, and is now 7-1:
Ken Griffey, Jr. shattering his bat on a Cain heater:

All shots taken with the 40D + 70-200 f/2.8 IS + 1.4x extender. Thanks for looking!

since i haven't been able to shoot since april...iv'e been goin through some older pics and doin a little editing...i didn't realize that i had so many images that need to be edited from the past..so here's one...
originally this shot was of about 15-20 birds flying around...after looking at it...i thought it would look cool if i cropped this particular bird...kinda make it look like he's flyin towards the sun...
