^^ I just use spot metering, I don't change that at all.
also I have to say, I didn't fully understand and comprehend white balance for the majority of those pics.
in fact, I don't feel I understood white balance until only a month or two ago... I mean, I had the biggest trouble understanding why a picture that looked "warm" was "bad".. why, you *should* adjust the white balance. Anyways, I think I know now.

hey Ferry was OK - he had some good tracks but honestly I haven't really dug any of his livesets from the past years. My fav liveset from him is Inner City 1999.

hey - the Excalibur folks asked me for the pic and permission and what credits to use - but they weren't sure whether it was going to be used. I only found out myself a few days ago that it ran in September. Luckily the Sun-Times office still had back issues - they claim they only go back 30 days.

don't think newspapers are a direction I wanna go in... if they are able to use material I already have that's fine, but otherwise, shooting specifically for a paper, I don't see it happening.
