Canon 40D gift ideas?
Hi guys, looking for suggestions.

One of my best friends is getting married next month and he mentioned he is probably getting a 40D. I am looking to get him some accessories as a wedding gift. I am willing to spend $200-400.

Anyways, I've never had a DSLR so I'm not sure what that kind of money can buy... perhaps a semi decent lens?

All suggestions are appreciated!

Flash, Battery grip, or you could put a gift pack together with things like an OpTech strap, 50mm f1.8, two spare batteries, some Memory cards, Memory card wallet, and maybe a blower and a lens pen.

+1 for external flash. Lenses are trickier.

A good camera bag isn't cheap either, but I don't think I would buy a bag for another
person.

Awesome, thanks for the ideas! I'll check out the external flashes or maybe a good quality accesory kit.

definitely the battery grip.
i cant use a camera that doesnt have and the one on my 40d is really nice.
