CS6 Unstable? I've been using it since it came out and have had zero problems at all. Now that it supports Retina displays, I'm quite happy.

Acura's new dual screen setup is soooooo confusing..... If people were saying that the crap load of buttons were confusing... I'd love to hear what they say about this LOL

Navigating through the touchscreen is a mess imo...

Other than that, I loved the RLX

I was never really happy with the performance of my 50L. Compare to my other lenses this was the softest copy. I did some testing today because I felt that this lens had some really bad back focusing problems. I had the 5DII and 50L on a tripod with a trigger.

The first one was shot at f/2.8 with 0 MA, focused on the word "coatings". In this shot the word "ferrous" looks in focus.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/70337480@N04/8421562695/http://www.flickr.com/photos/70337480@N04/8421562695/ by http://www.flickr.com/people/70337480@N04/, on Flickr

The second shot was with same setting with -20 MA.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/70337480@N04/8422655616/http://www.flickr.com/photos/70337480@N04/8422655616/ by http://www.flickr.com/people/70337480@N04/, on Flickr

The second photo with -20 MA looks a lot better. Is this normal to have a lens at -20 MA? If I send this in to Canon will I see any better IQ? This lens is extremely soft at 1.2, compare to my 85L wide open. Anyone else this problem?

Check original size to see comparison.

I think its just 50's in general. i also have AF problems with my 50/1.4 and its pretty much brand new. I just decided to F-it and keep it in manual.

I have never had any issues with my Sigma 50mm f1.4 HSM on either APS-C nor FF, and nor did I with the Sony 50mm f1.4 (no longer own)

This is the only lens in my bag thats having this problem. My other lenses are fine without any MA. I'm about to get rid of the 50 for a 35mm. Going stop by Canon tomorrow and see what they have to say.

Had some pretty ice for a few minutes this morning. Wish the sun had come out before it all melted. One of my photo bucket list items is an icy landscape in the sun.
