yea, the weekend of Sept 16-18th is Team REV's camping trip that I put together. Would be a huge bummer not being able to see everyone at Afest if it ends up being that same weekend =(

I know the date that has been submitted to the casino is the weekend of Oct 8-9. Roger is awaiting a reply from them if that weekend will work, which was the same weekend we held it last year.

 

Didnt Roger say he submitted a couple of dates to them?

 

K couple of things... Lets change that title to say Coarsgold, not Fresno. Plus the higher elevation means cooler weather guys. And yes multiple dates were submited, I liked labor day, but it was a no go cuz the casino is holding a special event for that weekend.

Late Sept to mid Oct maybe? I know everyone has their own preference on when they'd like it to be but maybe theres a common ground somewhere.

 

I think once Roger gets the dates that works the best for the Casino then we will be able to vote and majority will win IMO

3rd weekend in Oct is HIN in Long Beach and Roger already said he won't compete against that. As of yesterday the casino hasn't returned his call about the dates he submitted. But I know the casino will want to do it a weekend they don't have any events. Usually Oct is a slow month for the casino since I used to work there due to the fact the Fresno Fair is usually that time and there are no customers in the casino. But he promised to post the date as soon as he hear's from them and signs the contract. I do know the date he is really pushing for is that Columbus day weekend which is Oct 8th & 9th.

 

people still go to the Fresno Fair?
