CL discontinued?

I heard that the CL was done, they don't see a market for the CL anymore so Acura is going to discontinue it and just continue to make the Accord instead of the more expensive CL. Anyone else hear that the CL is a gonner? Also, i was reading about the accord and it has a voice activated controls, navi, A.C. and stuff like that what is the deal, why wouldn't they put that stuff in the Acura. It would make more sense if it was in the more expensive car. What a bunch of BS

Should just make the Honda CL

They should just get ride of the Honda Accord and make the freakin Honda CL, it looks much better then the Accord anyways, and with the way the accord is going its going to be the same price soon anyways. Or better yet, they should just market the Accord for woman, and the CL for men, and only make the CL type S, Speed

Yep, it's all done

In the current issue of Acura style (or whatever that propaganda is called) they have the "lineup" in the back of the mag. CL is missing and the lineup looks bizarre w/o it.

If you search for discontinued in the forum, you'll find tons of posts about it. I had thought that the rumors had started around the time that I bought my CLS in Oct. 2002, but when this question was asked in another recent thread, JuniorBean mentioned that the rumors had been discussed for about the last year (before he closed the thread).

This might be my first and last Acura. I'm a coupe guy and if Acura doesn't offer a coupe anymore, I'll have to look elsewhere for my next car. And, NO, the RSX is not a coupe im my eyes. It's a sports hatchback,or a pimped out civic, depending on how you look at it

The RSX is not even close to a CL. Not close in the confort department and not close in overall feel or looks. Plus, the CL sounds SOOOO much better at WOT.
