I dont like it.. but i dont hate it either like a lot of people on BMW forum 
If i get it, at least my GF won't keep telling me that BMW all look the same anymore
But this is the Concept... the tune down version might be better.. or it could be a lot worse ... we will see.

yah.. for those of you who dont know... this is not just face of 4 series. it will also be the same face for the next gen M3 and M4 since those 3 always share the similar front end
Better get used to it... i think it will be spreading soon... sigh..

I'm closely watching the G80 as potentially my next car (after the G20 M340i that I haven't even taken delivery of yet)
But not really sure on the styling - the thing is that BMWs tend to lease really well compared to similarly priced Mercedes and Audis - the C63 AMG is probably out of my price range, so maybe a down size to the RS3 or CLA45S (if the S comes to the USA)? The RS5 is the closest price wise to what the F80/F82 were - but the lease price on a RS5 looks to be over $1200/month while BMW was providing lease support to get an F80 M3 down well under $1000/month. Maybe that isn't the case with the G80 when it comes out - but lease support has been pretty strong for the G20 already.

This is the thing.. i personally think a design like this, a tamed down version might actually make it even uglier.... But we will see.
If M sport looks like that minus the obvious mini-mirror and 30" wheels. I might actually still consider the M440i GC.... unless they come out with a M4 GC...
But with a look like that, it should have at least a few horses than the M340i.... or it will be a "poser"

My guess is the headlights that don't have a protective clear cover are probably not making the final version either - the spyshots for the 4 series and new M3 show normal looking headlights.

8 series face on 4 series body.. logistically speaking, 4 series coupe should look like a mini 8 series...
The 5 series LCI looks a lot like the 7 series LCI
Instead 4 series will stand out for the wrong reason... i read that BMW has no plan to expand those grilles in other models.... I am so glad

Well, swapping out the grille isn't too hard, so maybe the aftermarket can come up with something that doesn't look so awful without changing the entire front bumper?

I'm about as big of a Porsche fanboy as you can get without having owned one... but man, the 1G Panamera was an ugly bloated jellybean. Looked like a beached whale. A slammed, widened Honda Crosstour. Newer Panameras look so much better.

the new 5 series 2021 MMC will further devalue current 5 series values even before the current leases are returned. I don't think Honda in this kind of business.

there plenty of Honda and Acura dealers where BMW, MB and Tesla are traded. infact they dont want them and sent them straight to independent dealers who sell them at bargain basement prices.
