The big nose is because of the ACE body structure and new pedestrian/vehicle collision standards

I think it's more likely to be the new TSX. OK, in the spy shot it looks big, but it may just be optical illusion. The side profile, esp. the rear passenger window and the C-pillar is more similar to the current TSX.
BTW, I like how Acura has the license plates above the rear bumpers now. They have a nice design going on there, esp. with the current TSX, whose backside is very much Italian and absolutely stylish. If they start putting them in the bumpers at the back, they will start to look like Infiniti...

But then again, it's all speculation at this point so it's anybody's guess.

Yeah, it looks like a next gen TL. Its just too big and the wheelbase seems too long to be a TSX.
Besides, I thought it was decided that the TSX was going to look like the Sports 4 Concept? (I could be wrong. I haven't really followed any news on the next TSX).
But on a side note, with that camo gear on, it makes it seem like they've pulled the front axle forward by a 3-4 inches. Perhaps trying to change the weight ratio to work with the new Rumored SH-AWD?
Who knows. It'll be months before we find out anything.

Can't wait to drive
I've studied the pics, and I think it's a TSX/Sport4 concept because:
1) front headlights seems to be taped extensively to mask the extra side "angles" to make it look like the current generation TSX or TL. Check out the extra tape near the front wheel well, and compare that to the shot of the Sport4 Concept.
2) we can't see any exhaust/or tips in the rear shots due to the masking in the rear. From the spy shot you can barely see a dark outline of the integrated exhaust in the rear bumper(a la Civic Type R in UK), and the shadow looks triangular like the Sport4 Concept.
3) side sheet metal crease seems to mimic that of the sport4 concept, right under the window sill line.
4) like someone mentioned earlier, the taillight lookd close to the Sport4 concept

geez guys I think it's the TL. it's too big to be a TSX. it would be sad if this next TL is bigger and more powerful than the current RL, which i bet 90% it will be.

The price of the TL in the past 6 years has slowly increased: I currently have a 2nd Gen TL-S and it was no where near as expensive as the 3rd Gen TL-S.
Perhaps Acura will offer a base FWD model around $30k to keep the TL an affordable mid-size luxury sedan (with the SH-AWD drive train as an option) just to insure a steady base of sales - much like Audi with their A4 and A6.
I assume, that when the TL-S is introduced in the later years of production, it will only be offered as SH-AWD with HP output close to 350.... in which case, the 4th Gen TL-S will easily hit $40k+.

I think prices will start maybe $34-35k for the regular TL and then $36-38K with navi. then the TL-S version will be from $40-43K.
Nah, I think the next TSX will also move up in price to start probably $30-31K for the base with hopefully a turbo, $32-33K with the navi and turbo.
So, there will be no more Acuras will be in the $20K range, which will be good so that it won't be looked upon as a "cheap" luxury brand because Infiniti or Lexus haven't offered any cars for under $30K in awhile.
But, not sure if also the sales will be better or worse since Acura wants to move upscale and that's why people including myself wanted a car you get most of your money, but want a luxury feel too.
Those people might look at Infiniti or Lexus instead because all 3 Japanese luxury brands will be at the same price range then too.
I think Honda wants to remove their "value luxury" or "cheap luxury" term from the Acura brand.

I think it's the TL... A few things,
1. Look at where the rear door ends, the rear door quarter glass has a sharp drop off. Similar to the current TL. TSX/Sports 4 both have a more rounded drop off.
2. Calipers - can't tell for sure, but looks like two-piston calipers. I think Acura will cheap out on the TSX and use singles again.
The rest is mostly comparison to the Sports 4:
3. Moonroof - Sports 4 has a panaromic moonroof, then again, most likely something Acura will leave out in the production car.
4. Hood - Looks like the hood ends somewhere further from the headlights, I think the Sports 4's hood (and TSX's hood) actually meets the headlights/Grill
5. Bottom front bumper flares, definitely more reminensence of the TL, same thing with the fender flares.
Also, the car looks similar in size to the TL, and profile is similar to the upcoming Accord and current TL.
I think maybe Acura is trying to give it a G35 treatment

If that front grille ends up looking like the MDX....
Too bad it looks FWD.
