Okay so my amp suddenly been acting up for the past 2 months now. It will only bump my subs at 10% power whenever I make turns especially a right but correct itself when I go straight or turn left.

Recently my car was at the body shop since I was rear ended, and those idiots put the - tie on the battery upside down, I didn't know that so about 10x I couldn't start the car because it almost went completly off, so i just pushed it back down by punching it w/ something. eventually I had to take my car in to the dealership and they corrected that problem.

As a result of that do you think my amp fried in some areas?

I have a JL 500/1 and a JL 12" w6v2
JL told me to check my connections and everything looks okay, but I couldn't really check the amp it self since its bolted underneath my passenger seat.

Also whats the best way to clean the white powder build up on the + terminal of the battery? It grew into a mountain LOL

 

seems to me like a loose connection somewhere. as for the powder, take off the neg cable and just wipe it off.
