What kind of tweeters, and did you put an aftermarket amp on them. If so, what kind and how is it wired?

running 2 crossovers in a line especially off the factory amps which do not put out a lot of power can sometimes cause noise in the form of hissing. Your best bet is to take the x-over for the tweeters out and cap them off instead.

let me get this straight, you're running one x-over for the mid range speaker and then tapping that line for your tweeters? Is their a cross over for the tweeter?

no xover for mid. taping off mid, to xover, to tweet

not a good idea, to run a passive crossover off those lines will not let enough power through to the tweeters. this is probably what is causing the hissing. Find out what frequency that crossover is at and cap off the tweeter instead. This should clear it up. By the way I'm not just some shmuck, I do installs for a living.

LOL, a shmuck...good choice of words! Anyway, Steph is right, you are probably not getting enough power to the tweets. Doing what Steph said may or may not clear up the problem....and here's why....the stock amps SUCKS! LOL! Seriously though, being that the stock unit is drive down at 1ohm your aftermarket speakers probably won't be getting enough power to them and may even sound slightly distorted.
