where is the stock system amp located?

where is the stock system amp located?
i heard that the acura cl has a stock amp to power all the bose speakers, where is it located? Is it true that behind the stock double din deck the speaker wires doesn't go there but instead goes to the amp?

the stock amp is on the left hand side in the trunk behind the jack for the CL

the jack for my car is on the right hand side...but anyhow..i'll double check there
