How do I test the factory amp?

How do i test whether the factory amp in my tsx is working properly? is there some way to test the output of the amp right at the amp itself? can i use a volt meter or something? i would appreciate the help.

mercman posted some suggestions in your other thread. Are you out of your warranty period? If not then let the dealer find the problem.
