Where are the fuse boxes located?

Where are the fuse boxes located?

I just bought a used 97 Acura CL 3.0. My lighter does not work and I was wondering where the two fuse boxes are located and also which fuse box would I go to to find the fuse that could be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.

One fuse box is just to the left side of the drivers feet... theres a small cover with a turn-lock on it... the other fuse panel is under the hood, on the passenger side, all the way against the firewall... right in the corner. They are listed on the covers as to what fuse protects what...
