is there any woofer u can replace the stock sub in the back with that will up grade the quality or jus make it louder? basically my question is is there anyway i can put and upgrade woofer in the existing slot that will still sound good even though its an open air application?

 

ok i jus realized this is incredibly difficult so i am changing my question to what is the best i can get for $250 or under and how does it sound?

haha ya i thought so i get the picture lol i thnk im gonna go with puttins that 8 inch kicker in the factory slot n givin it like 150 rms watts which i can probably get done for under 200 dollars assuming i can reseell one of the speakers (because u have to buy them in a pair)

 

If you want better sound quality, ditch the 8" kicker and get the Elemental Design 8" A-series.

It's about $140+shipping or so. A small box can be made cheap. ~16.5mm of one way xmax. Clean output.

 

yea but i was trying to develop a system that wud not require a box in the trunk n i can put the 8 in. kicker in the stock slot
