I have my TSX amp on the bench so I can work on my connector project. I had some time to spare so I hooked up my test equipment and this is a summery of what I measured.

The RMS output with a 1Khz sine wave just before clipping is 12 watts (one channel driven). Since this amp does not have its own internal power supply the output should not degrade with multiple channels driven). So 12 watts x 8 channels is 96 watts RMS (not the 360 advertised, but we all knew that).

The front and rear door channels are full range but I measured -4dB down from a 1khz reference level at 15khz and -10 down at 20khz. There is some high frequency roll off but all in all not hifi home audio stuff but decent for the car.

The tweeter channel had looked like this (ref to 0dB@1kz)

20khz +1 dB
10khz -3 dB
8khz -6 dB
6khz -9 dB
5khz -12 dB
3.5khz -18 dB

The rear deck woofers are only driven by the rear channels (no mix with the front). I forgot to check to see if they are really mono or not. I’ll check tomorrow if I have time.

The -12dB point is around 95Hz and I measured 20hz down -10dB.
