TL Volume

Is there any way to get more power/volume from my TL stereo? it seems to not go loud enough. I am able to crank it up to full volume and still feel like I need more when the windows are open.

Is there an amp? If so can I replace it? If not can I add one without too much trouble?

LOL, thats the way I felt when I cranked mine up. They use a limiter on the Blose I mean Bose system.
Only the sub is amplified everything else comes through the head unit on the TL.

If you want better then you will have to upgrade. Check out the audio/video section. If your on a budget there's a guy on there name Elduderino that sells a upgrade kit at a decent price "Avincar speaker upgrade". Good luck.

Gets loud but not loud enough. I've never had a stereo where I could put it on the loudest setting. With the stereo on the TL when it is at it's loudest I still want more.

Spoke to an audio store. He said if I replace the amp in the car I will lose the 5.1 surround sound. Is that true? Is there a way around that?
