Sub install with Navigation system

Has anyone had any bad experience with having a sub in there trunk with the Navi DVD player as far as maybe the bass messing with the DVD player?.

I recall this being reported by some TSX owners with big bass installs - two 12"s and lots of watts.

I have a single 10" in our TSX with nav and have never had an issue.
