bypassing factory amp

bypassing factory amp

I want to bypass the factory amp and use the existing speaker wires to run to my aftermarket amplifier for my replacement door speakers Where is the best place (or easiest) to access these wires? Is it at the factory amp (which is located where)? Thanks for your time.
