I installed an amp and subwoofer in my TSX (non-Navi). Pretty simple nothing fancy. I tested all the connections before I finished and they were good but now I turn the stereo on but no sound comes out of anything. I didn't mess with the factory speakers just spliced into the rear speaker wires to get a feed from the HU.

 

What kind of amp is it?

Does your amp turn on? There's usually a light on it to tell you if it'son.

If it's on, see if you have a headphone-to-two-RCA adapter cable and an iPod or Discman to plug into your amp to try.

If it's not on, how is it supposed to turn on - remote turn on input or signal sense turn on?

 

it is a Kenwood powered-subwoofer unit (Model KSC-WD250). The amp light comes on. But i haven't tried the "Ipod test" on it. But I will, just to see if it works. It worked yesterday when I tested it. It turns on with a remote line.
