SNHOND3 aux problem

I tried to install the SNHOND3 in my 2004 TSX non -nav. the headunit won't switch from CD with the double click of the CD/AUX button. I think I have searched every thread for help and have tried not only powering off the headunit twice but also thee ignition also. The h/u isn't recognizing the snhond3 even after killing the ignition.

I read in another thread of a bad run of the snhond3 and was curious if anyone else has had this problem in the past few weeks. Thanks for not only whatever answer I get about this but also the very detailed install's that were already alot of help.

It hasn't worked at all. I already emailed Soundgate to get there opinion. Hopefully I'll hear freom them tommorrow about a replacement. Since they don't respond over the weekend I was hoping I might find an answer to replacing a unit that is DOA

Yea.. the snhond3 installation is quite straightforward so I doubt you probably did anything to fry it. Perhaps you jsut got bad luck with a doa unit

Recieved the warranty replacement and had it installed and hooked up up to the Zen Micro within 15 minutes.

Thank you to those of you that responded or posted pictures in another thread. I would have dropped $40-50 to the stereo shop had I not checked here first.
