im debating if i should buy this audiobahn amp from this guy in my neighborhood for $600. It retails at way more and he never used it. I would put like 4 12s back there or maybe take out my back seats and build a box.
I put GTA vice city next to it just so you can get an idea of the size. its amazing!
I think im dreaming but i just wanted to share these pics!

boy that amp is a monster... personally i think it would be over kill unless you plan on competing or something other than that it would just be over kill... also you said 4 12's... hummm what kind of 12's idmax or jl w7s... now that would be bananaz... and not to mention that you will more than likely need a new battery and a high output altenator for sure with this monster... just my 2 cent though...

hmm, the pwr inputs look like they are 4 awg in size...not typical for a 1.5kw amp, much less a 3kw monster. i dont think it will put out rated power, but more power to ya(pun intended )

oh yeh, size doesnt matter in the amplifier world. i have a kicker zx600.4 that is a monster as well 75x4 or 300x2 @ 4ohms, yet the 1200.1 that im hopefully getting soon is twice the power but smaller than this amp. wanna go even smaller? look into memphis amps like the st1000d and be amazed at the small footprint of a kw amp. still not conviced, try the venerable mmats D300hc modified, clocking in at about 1.7kw or the cadence A7HC, also at about 1.5kw...so dont be fooled by size alone...

badazzTL....Do you have a brand and model # on that amp. That thing is a monster but, 3,000 watts, hmmm. Maybe so, but, there are not too many amps around that can do that. If it will do that, then be sure and get yourself a remote for your head unit or boom go the eardrums, hehe.


systek is right about size. I have 2 MTX amps. One is the four channel 6304. The other, 6500d. The four channel is about 450 watts and the mono amp over 600. The mono amp is alot smaller.
