hey guys i need help does anyone know the resenont freq of a first gen cl? i currently burp a 139.9 at 44 hz on the dash and i know i could do better if i tune the box to the resenont freq..any help helps lol

 

Just measure it yourself, you'll see it right away in a cabin gain comparative test.

 

Not everyone has a way to measure cabin gain on an individual basis.

OP, mine has peaked at 32hz, 34hz, 43hz and 52hz, based on the box that was in the car. The 34hz and 43hz were prior to deadening the doors, with the 32hz and 52hz being after deadening the doors.

 

ok well i burp a 140 at 44hz and when i did the rta measure it was 63 peak...my box is tuned to 36 hz , so the only thing i got from it was maybe i should burp 50 idk
