Not to say i know tons about any of this but

a. Run wires from the other speakers to the rear.
b. pull out the amp and re wire to bypass the amp which i heard is a pain in the butt

I would guess you probably have to rewire around the amp, though I don't even know where the amp is.

Well if you don't want/need sound in the back doors, you can rewire the plug on the stock amp and switch the rear door speaker outputs with the 6x9 outputs.

You would not be able to bypass the amp from my understanding since you do not have a speaker level output coming out of the head unit.

If you parallel off another speaker input you will lower the impedance and cause issues with your amplifier being able to produce enough power to drive the new load.
