Remote Start With Car Alarm

Anyone know any good car alarms with remote start for cheap?

I need the pager also. I was thinking either viper or clifford. But what do I look for?

Is this a good one?

But from my expirence Viper all they way clifford is a good brand to though

theres 2 ways to go for a decent to high quality alarm
you can get a dei alarm which is a clifford, viper, etc..
all these brands are the same with just different names and have high quality alarms usually found at your local best buy or circuit city
or you can go the baller way and pick up a compustar usually from your small local car audio or alarm place.

personally i love compustars and they're the only alarm i've ever seen that can do it all. plus having an alarm installed at a best buy or circuit city is usually a bad idea... i don't trust those guys at all.

compustars really depend on the shop you're buying it at but my local place charges 500-600 for everything installed including flashing lights, remote start, tilt sensors, and all that other fun stuff

yes the compustars have ranges up to 6000 feet.

the compustars are better imo because of their capability. you can add tons of different sensors to make a compustar a complete package. i know you can add stuff to dei stuff too but i think compustar does a better job at it. especially as far as gps tracking goes.

the viper 5701 is good but if you're going to get a high end alarm you might as well do it right and get the best dei one available. and that would be the python 991 or viper 5901

personally i think the remote is reason enough
