Hi...im new to the community, i have questions regarding my car, i recently got this car from my parents and it had many problems already...caused by my sister .... -_-" It is a Acura 1997 CL 3.0

question is, i bought a new head unit for it, however it is not specific for the car, so basically i had to cut all the wires and try to connect them, i did that using the 2.2CL diagram and apparently i was wrong and it does not work the same way... does anyone know the diagram for the wiring on the head unit? or does anyone know the colors for the wire, thanks this would be a great help. Since i can't drive my car with my stereo sticking outta there...

 

they have wire harnesses that plug into the OEM radio plug and then those wires will connect to your head unit... but if you are going with your stock radio plug... ill post diagram after work...

 

ack that sux, i already cut the wires off...of the plug is there any other way i can connect plugs to these oem wires to connect to aftermarket head unit?

The12Volt.com has all the wiring diagrams and wire colors. There are two shortcuts on the site. One of them rarely works thought the second has always work for me.
