Navi to video and backup camera install on the MDX

Navi to video and backup camera install on the MDX
Not the right car, but thought it'd be similar for people interested.

Install was done by Ron from streeteffectz:

- Navi conversion using AVC-RGB1
- DVD player under the seat
- TV Tuner with Diversity Antennas under passenger seat
- Rear 7 inch flip-down screen
- Color backup camera with night vision
- A/V inputs and power outlets in the back of center console
- Will install this week, relay for camera to be triggered by shifting to reverse and molex plug to pipe the audio to the external CD changer input. (no Sony switch required)

How much and where did you get that camera? I'm looking for one. Let me know. Thanks.

pangpang...

...i have been going back and forth between here and clublexus trying to find out how this is going to work. the pioneer works nice in your set-up because you have a second screen. but for me i don't want another video screen...i want it to play thru the navi screen...but i want the text on the screen like vlad and vvt from clublexus has theirs. have anyone come up with a way for that yet?

Why don't you try calling up Ron at www.streeteffectz.com and ask him, based on the info that Vlad has provided, could he do it?

Depending on where in Maryland you are he could be only 3 or 4 hours away from you...
