Navi Converter Box Placement Idea

This is a photochopped pic of kick panel removed and where I plan to put the RGB converter box.
The 2 red circles mark bare holes in the metal panel.
Box will be attached between the holes with either stickies or velcro.

I'm thinking of using the 2 holes to put in an additional support strap/bracket
to hold the box in place.

Can you supply some ideas on what things to use ?
Right now I'm thinking of a piece of rubber and 2 pins/rivets

thanks

I think it will be a tight enough fit that you won't need the straps..

I mounted the same unit vertically between the 2 holes since that is where the factory clips go in for the kick panel trim. It fits perfectly between them and against the wire harnesses. I used industrial double sided tape on the entire back. You can grab the box and almost shake the car its so well mounted with the tape. No need for screws or custom brackets.

Get some double sided tape if you're really worried about it. That along with the pressure from the kick panel should hold it in place.
