'06 TSX Aux Input Engine Noise

I know this was posted already in the forum somewhere, but I can't find it for the life of me....

When I play my ipod through the AUX input in the center console of my '06 TSX, I hear engine noise/feedback. Anyone have a fix for it?

I got the RadioShack one, it isolated ~ 90% of the noise. There's still a little noise in the line but its beyond a GLI.

What's the cable you bought from radioshack? Do you have a link or pic?

Thanks

That's the one. My local RShack had it in stock, quick drive and it was done.

BTW... upgrading my MP3 player did even more to improve the sound!

there's only 1 aux port, but there's 2 cables - red and white?

what about the aux dock connector - which let you charge the ipod and has the aux cable?

Get a Y adapter..

Is that a question? A statement? What about them?

Just curious what cable you are using to connect to the AUX in port that you are experiencing GLI? I haven't had that problem but don't know whether I got lucky when they assembled my TSX or if the design of the Monster ULPC (which is what I use) is responsible. The Monster ULPC has the audio connector on the iPod end of the cable away from the cigarette lighter adapter (like the Belkin).

I'm using the Belkin connector with my setup.
