Oh and in my write up, i labeled pin A as a 16 pin connector. It is actually a 12. Sorry for the mistake..

Jecyk - I converted my non navi 1St Gen CL to the factory acura navi so i have a pretty good understanding of it but I am confused by your question. To clarify, are you asking if you can use the navi touch screen climate controls with an aftermarket widescreen monitor? I have never tried to convert the stock navi screen to a different one but unless you are willing to blow tons and tons of money I would say this is pretty much impossible and is it really worth it for an extra inch of screen?

The other way this could be interpreted would be that you have an aftermarket navi in your non navi car and you want to be able to integrate the climate control into your after market navi like the factory navi. Again i would say this is pretty much impossible especially with the limited info you gave us about your setup. The only way to do this IMO would be to contact the people who made your aftermarket navi and see what they have to say. I cannot image they would support the CL tho.

Sorry if i completely misread your post but hope this helps

Thanks. The first one you answered to me is what I wanted to do.
Yes I have the OEM Navi screen, but I want to change the screen and all navigation system because I am in Korea. I don't need US version Navigation anymore.
But the Problem is not only I want to use the Climate touch screen but also I want change whole Korea navigation system. that's why I asked to everybody through this forum.

I see what you mean...
but I decide to change whole navigation system. today I met the professional person regarding to Navigation Manufacture company guy. He desinged the Navigation system.
He told me that he could do it and it's simple because all Climate control is saved in ROM in the Acura OEM navi Screen unit and I need to modify the Korean Navigation to install 3 climate signal. He said it's simple.
when I tried to modify, let me explain here and took picture, and let me show you.
and I will sell all acura OEM navigation system here after I installed new Korea Navi.

I appreciate for giving answer to me and concerns.

Thanks.

I have a question about taping into the multiplex unit. how did you do it? I am a bit confused on doing this part of the install. Do you just plug the wire's in? Or is there some splicing to do?

B11 & B12 of screen goes to the drivers multiplex and B6 of screen goes to the passengers multiplex. C3 of DVD drive goes to drivers multiplex. Also C5 of DVD drive goes to 19 relay, do you just unplug the relay and put the wire and plug the relay back in? I see that you didn't use the C5 of the drive. Are you having any problems because you didn't use it? Thanks for your help.

If this is still available, I need it as well. For those who have done it, how long did it take you?

Please PM me to confirm you'll email me. I sometimes take a long time to check my email.
